The Dilemma of Establishing a Land Bank Institution: Social Equality or Economic Growth?

Indonesia's main land management agenda is agrarian reform, consolidating and distributing for equity social justice. In addition to strengthening existing institutions, Indonesia established a bank whose task provide investment economic purposes. For some people, the goals of banks interfere with practices in because they are at odds reform. So research question that needs be answered what advantages disadvantages Indonesia? This aims identify Indonesia. By identifying practices, output this study expected recommendations improve quality policies. case qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. The data source comes from secondary data. results show establishing has one solving land, environmental, spatial planning problems. Meanwhile, weakness practice potential being unconstitutional over-authorized. Thus, findings weaknesses banks, made government clarify functions objectives welfare Indonesian people.
